At Tlyard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
